York Adventure, 10 min walk to Long Sands beach.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home only a 10 min walk to long sands beach (20 min walk to short sands). Tastefully updated kitchen, living room, added sunroom and new mini-splits to provide AC and heat. Enjoy the proximity to everything York has to offer and come back to a private 1.25 acre yard. The living room has a new 65" TV with cable and DVD player. Sunroom and kids room both have new 45" TV's that are smart TV's with access to 100 channels. 

Quiet neighborhood central to all that York has to offer. The walk to the beach is easy and the road takes you to come out near Stones Throw restaurant and Long Sands general store. You can walk the 20 minutes to Short Sands beach or drive the 1 mile and parking is easy. Short Sands beach has playground, bathrooms, multiple restaurants, general store, shops and Yorks Wild Kingdom. York Beach Beer company is one of our favorites stopping spots and is also in short Sands. 

The home has a full half circle drive way with an entrance and separate exit. Plenty of parking in the driveway, in front of the shed and next to the road if needed. Road is fairly quiet and easy to walk on.
